Privacy

This is a plain-language summary of how Service Yantra handles the information you share through this website. It describes our current practices, written under a Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act-conscious posture. A definitive privacy policy is published as the company formalises its processes; where the two differ, the definitive policy governs.
What we collect
Details you submit through our forms — for example your name, work email, phone number, company, number of locations, city and any message. We do not ask for personal data we do not need to respond to your enquiry.
Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used. We do not build advertising profiles of you.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry — to schedule a Yantra Inspection, answer a partner or press question, or reply to a careers application.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it outside the purpose for which you gave it.
Where your data lives
Operational records created once you are a client — work orders, photos, invoices — are ring-fenced to your contract inside One by Service Yantra, and are yours to export on demand.
We apply role-based access to branch and personnel records, consistent with our DPDP-conscious posture.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
We retain enquiry details only as long as needed to serve your request or as required by law.
