One record. Every site.
One by Service Yantra runs your entire estate as a single system — every site, every visit, every invoice, in one place. Photo evidence sits behind each entry, so nothing depends on someone's word.
Trained people. One platform. Proven process.
Estate view · 42 sites
Three surfaces. One operations core.
The platform shows a different face to each side of the work — and one engine keeps every side honest with the others.
One Command
The estate, in one view.
For operations, finance and compliance teams:
- Estate and branch-health views across every site
- One work-order stream across 25+ service categories
- SLA tracking against stated response windows
- Approval workflows and budget analytics before spend is committed
- Photo documentation attached to every closed record
- Monthly digital reports and GST-compliant invoice management
One Field
The day's work, routed and proven.
For Yantra Verified technicians and franchise partners:
- Routed job queues — no chasing work over calls
- Checklists generated from each site's subscribed scope
- Before-and-after photo capture built into completion
- Completion confirmation that triggers payout
- Payout visibility on a stated SLA payment calendar, UPI-settled
- Works in English and Hindi; built for low-connectivity sites
Operations Core
Operations Core sits between One Command and One Field — scheduling, routing, triage, quality review, and partner payment. It isn't a surface you buy or log into. It's how the platform keeps its promises. Every commitment shown on the other two surfaces, this engine enforces.
Anatomy of the record.
Every visit writes the same structured record. Your branch manager, your CFO and your inspector all see the same facts — just from three different chairs.

What used to run through a phone tree now runs through a queue.

- No chasing vendors — assignment and follow-up are the platform's job, not yours
- Vendor knowledge stays in the system, not in an employee who might leave
What's live. What's coming.
We publish this split on purpose. Nothing in the right column is sold as if it already exists.

Intelligence, in the order we earn it.
Every visit writes a structured, photo-evidenced record as a by-product of the work itself. The ladder below climbs on that record — no rung is claimed before the one beneath it is real.
Infrastructure Intelligence
Estate-level planning drawn from the twin: capital timing, energy, lifecycle.
Digital Twin
A living, asset-level model of every site, built from the 70-item inventory.
Predictive Property Intelligence
Failure patterns across the estate inform preventive calendars.
Computer Vision Assisted Operations
Photo QA support for human reviewers. A person signs off, always.
Operational Intelligence
SLA and spend dashboards, branch-health scoring, evidence-backed reporting.
Roadmap and vision items describe direction, not commitments. No AI feature participates in contractual sign-off.
The questions estates actually ask.
We already have software.
Software that tracks work still needs someone to do it. A CAFM logs the ticket — it can't send a trained technician. One by Service Yantra is the system of record for work our own certified network actually performs. It's the execution layer your current stack is missing, not a replacement for it.
Our vendors won't use apps.
Ours will — because they aren't ad-hoc vendors. Every technician trains and certifies at Yantra Academy before their first job, and One Field fluency — photo standards, status discipline — is part of that certification, not something we ask for later. The app is built for the field: English and Hindi, tolerant of weak connectivity, payouts settled through UPI.
What about our data?
The platform is built with the DPDP Act in mind: role-based access, your estate's records ring-fenced to your contract, and evidence files your compliance team can export on demand. Operational data exists to serve your inspection trail — it isn't shared outside the contract.
See your estate, all in one view.
The Yantra Inspection surveys 3–5 representative sites against a 70-item asset inventory and returns a quantified picture of your current cost of operations — before you commit to anything.
