See what your territory could look like.

Set a city, a territory size and a team, and the calculator returns an indicative monthly workload and revenue range for a Service Yantra franchise territory. The figures are illustrative and kept deliberately conservative, so you can weigh the model honestly before you decide to apply.

OPEN

Territories open only where enterprise contracts exist. Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates. Planned cities use the same model figures; applications there join the city waitlist.

A territory covers up to 40 enterprise locations within a 10 km exclusive radius, activated progressively as contracts route work to you.

All technicians complete Service Yantra Academy certification before their first job.

Where every figure comes from.

The calculator is built on the exact terms used in the Franchise Partner Agreement. Three mechanics drive the output.

Workload traces back to contracts.

When enterprise clients subscribe their sites in your territory, each contract sets its own visit cadence — usually 2 scheduled visits per location, every month. One Field routes those jobs to you, and each visit comes with a checklist built from that client's subscribed scope.

  • Demand shows up routed — you never go looking for it
  • A fresh checklist generated for every visit
  • Your territory stays exclusive, within a 10 km radius

Proof is what unlocks payment.

₹700 per completed visit, exactly as the agreement defines it. A visit only counts once it's photo-documented and confirmed by the platform — from there, payment follows a stated SLA calendar, settled through UPI.

  • ₹700 for every completed visit
  • A payment calendar stated in advance
  • Settlement runs on UPI

Territories don't fill overnight — they ramp up.

Activation follows demand: locations come online as client contracts go live, building to a full territory within 9 months at the outside, with the exact pace depending on the market. That ramp is why the lower end of your revenue range looks the way it does — it's intentional, not conservative guesswork.

  • Full territory reached within up to 9 months
  • Activation is entirely demand-led
  • The lower bound already accounts for the ramp-up

Two things the calculator leaves out on purpose: AMC add-on lines, which most mature territories eventually layer on top, and your own running costs — technician wages, transport, overheads — which only you can model accurately. We'd rather you work off the conservative number than an inflated one.

Straight answers before you apply.

Do these numbers guarantee what I'll take home?

No. They're indicative — built from the agreement's per-visit rate and typical contract cadences, meant to illustrate, not promise. Your real workload depends entirely on which enterprise contracts are live in your territory. The only terms that actually bind — deposit, payout, everything — live in the Franchise Partner Agreement.

What's the real cost of a territory?

Standard pricing is ₹10,00,000. The first 50 partners get in at ₹3,00,000 instead: a ₹2,00,000 refundable security deposit (per the agreement's conditions), plus ₹1,00,000 covering training and certification at Yantra Academy.

How long until I break even on the fee?

Around 22 months, based on the calculator's illustrative figures (estimated). That number is intentionally on the cautious side — you may break even sooner, and we'd rather that be the surprise than the reverse.

When does the money actually show up?

₹700 per completed visit, per the agreement. Payment triggers on platform-confirmed completion, follows a stated SLA calendar, and settles through UPI. Early Pay (Coming) will eventually let you draw against confirmed completions ahead of schedule.

Where can I actually apply right now?

Delhi NCR is live, with more cities opening as client estates grow. A city doesn't open until enterprise contracts already exist there — client sites and partner territories launch together, always. Apply in a city that's still planned, and you join that city's waitlist.

Is training required before my first job?

Yes, non-negotiably. Yantra Academy certification comes first — it's what unlocks demand routing. Training covers technical SOPs, the partner app, how to conduct yourself on enterprise premises, and the fundamentals of running your territory as a business.

The numbers get you interested. The territory is the actual business.

Every application goes through review — trade capability, background, financial readiness. And territories only ever open where enterprise contracts already exist to fill them.
