A stopped dock is a stopped network.

Warehouses are the hardest estate in India to keep serviced: large footprints, sparse assets, sites scattered along highway corridors where reliable vendors are scarcest. Service Yantra puts one accountable network under your hubs and spokes — trained technicians, one platform, preventive cover for the systems that stop throughput when they fail: docks, power, lighting, fire.

  • One contract, GST-compliant consolidated invoicing across every site
  • 2 preventive visits per site per month, against a scope checklist
  • Photo-documented proof of every visit, exportable for a safety inspection

    Commitment

One network under your hubs and spokes.

A disruption anywhere in a warehouse — a dock that won't seat, a DG set that won't start, an aisle dark under failed high-bay lighting — is a disruption to the whole chain. We replace a different vendor at every pin code with one accountable network, matched to the way your network is actually shaped.

Warehouse hubs and spokes on one corridor under one partner.

One partner per corridor, not one vendor per pin code.

Warehouse estates cluster along route-dense corridors — and so do our territories. Each franchise partner holds an exclusive territory, so the hub and the spokes along the same corridor answer to one accountable operator, trained and certified by Service Yantra Academy. No RFP per site. No service gaps between renewals. Consolidating fragmented vendors typically captures 15–30% lower per-intervention cost (benchmark, qualified) — the inspection quantifies it for your estate.

Scheduled before the front arrives.

Monsoon is a calendar event, not a surprise. Roof sheeting, drainage lines, dock aprons and DG sets are inspected and serviced before the season opens — you don't call us when the forecast turns, the visits are already scheduled. The same cadence handles dust: ventilation and filter cycles, fixture cleaning, pre-summer servicing. Two preventive visits per site per month, every visit against a scope-generated checklist.

Safety that stands up to an inspection.

In a warehouse, safety is documentation as much as condition. We keep the physical layer maintained — fire and safety systems serviced, floor marking and safety signage renewed, electrical systems inspected at high-bay scale — and every visit writes a photo-documented, dated record against its checklist. When your fire NOC renewal or a safety inspection comes due, the evidence file exports from One Command.

What we maintain at a hub.

From the dock apron to the racking aisles — 25+ service categories under one contract. Launch scope is the subscription core; specialised lines phase in with certified capability.

Dock & shutter maintenance

Levellers, shutters and dock aprons kept seating and serviceable.

High-bay lighting & electrical

Fixture and panel upkeep at high-bay scale, inspected on the calendar.

DG & UPS upkeep

Backup-power servicing, so a shift never stalls on a dead start.

Fire & safety systems

Extinguisher, suppression and NOC-supporting upkeep, documented.

Dust management & ventilation

Filter cycles and ventilation upkeep through India's hard months.

Housekeeping & floor care

Floor care and floor-marking refresh across the footprint.

Pest & rodent control

Scheduled treatments, bait-station logs per site.

Roofing & sheeting

Roof sheeting and drainage lines serviced before monsoon.

Compliance

Safety that exports as a file.

Scattered geography is why warehouse estates went unmanaged. The platform is why that no longer holds. Every visit writes a photo-documented, dated record against its checklist — so when your fire NOC renewal or a safety inspection comes due, the evidence file exports from One Command instead of being reconstructed from phone galleries.

  • Fire & safety system service history per site
  • Floor marking and safety-signage upkeep, dated and photographed
  • High-bay electrical inspection records
  • GST-compliant consolidated invoicing across the estate

Service Yantra maintains and documents the physical safety layer. Statutory NOCs and filings remain with their issuers and your EHS function.

Trained people. One platform. Proven process.

Trained people

Every technician is Academy-certified before their first job, and Yantra Verified — identity and background checked. Vetted for premises where goods, not the public, are the occupants.

One platform

One Command shows every hub and spoke: work-order lifecycle, SLA tracking, photo documentation, budget analytics, GST-compliant consolidated invoicing instead of a ledger of unmatched local bills.

Proven process

The checklist is the contract — every visit executes a scope-generated checklist, and partner payment follows platform-confirmed completion.

  1. 01

    We survey.

The Yantra Inspection baselines assets, condition and current spend at 3–5 representative sites — your largest hub and a typical spoke — against a 70-item asset inventory across 9 trade categories.

  2. 02

    You see the numbers.

A quantified cost-of-current-state business case. Consolidation typically captures 15–30% lower per-intervention cost (benchmark, qualified) — the inspection quantifies it for your estate.

  3. 03

    We pilot, then scale.

A 3–5 site pilot proves SLA performance and reporting on your own estate. The contract extends site by site, corridor by corridor — Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates.

Questions logistics operators ask.

Our facilities sit outside city limits, along highway belts. Can you actually cover them?

That geometry is the design case, not the edge case. Coverage begins in Delhi NCR and expands with client estates — territories open only where enterprise contracts exist, so a corridor with your hubs on it is a corridor we staff. Metro expansion (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) is the coverage plan, not current coverage.

We already have an FM contract for housekeeping and security.

Keep it if it works. Staffing-led FM typically leaves the hard-services long tail — docks, DG sets, electrical, fire systems — subcontracted onward and un-instrumented. Service Yantra is the missing accountable layer for that tail, not a rip-and-replace of your soft-services contract.

What exactly does the subscription cover?

Scheduled servicing, preventive tasks and minor repairs on the labour side. Capital replacement stays with you; a with-material plan exists as a priced alternative; exclusions are in writing before signature. Repairs beyond scope are billed separately on platform rate cards, and AMC lines attach as separate recurring items.

What happens when a dock or DG set fails between visits?

Urgent work is not a separate product — it lives inside the subscription's triage and SLA flow. Response windows are stated in your contract's SLA calendar, and every resolution is photo-documented like any other visit.
