Book a site inspection
The subscription core

Every small repair, already scheduled.

A monthly per-site subscription that covers scheduled servicing, preventive tasks and minor repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and handyman trades — delivered by one accountable partner per territory, documented on one platform.

Two preventive visits per site per month. Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates.

Scope

What the subscription covers. And what it does not.

Scope honesty is a design principle, not a footnote. The line between our side and yours is written down before the first visit — so the invoice never argues with the contract.

Scattered repair requests funneling into one ordered visit queue.

Inside the subscription

  • Labour for scheduled servicing and preventive tasks, on the published visit calendar
  • Minor repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and handyman trades
  • Visit checklists generated from your subscribed scope — the checklist is the contract
  • Photo-documented completion on every task
  • Reactive requests triaged into the same SLA flow — no separate emergency product

Retained by you

  • Capital replacement of assets that reach end of life
  • Materials and spares — a with-material plan exists as a priced alternative
  • Repairs beyond subscribed scope — quoted on platform rate cards before execution, billed separately
  • AMC lines (such as AC AMC) — attached as separate recurring items, never hidden inside the subscription

Exclusions are in writing. If a task is out of scope, you see the rate card before anyone lifts a tool.

How delivery works

Two visits a month. One queue.

Every site gets two preventive visits per month. Between visits, branch staff raise requests in seconds; each is triaged into the queue and, unless genuinely urgent, bundled into the next planned trip — fewer trips, fuller trips, lower cost per task.

Planned

The preventive calendar, generated from your site's asset inventory at onboarding. It runs whether or not anything has broken.

Queued

Reactive requests wait in the visit queue, visible in One Command with status and SLA clock — not in someone's phone.

Urgent

Genuinely urgent issues are dispatched against stated response windows. Urgent work is not a separate product; it lives inside the subscription's triage and SLA flow.

Preventive calendars carry India's seasons: pre-summer AC servicing, monsoon readiness, dust and air-quality filter cycles, water-tank cleaning, festival-season readiness for retail estates.

Coverage

Nine trade categories. Seventy assets. One checklist.

The Yantra Inspection inventories every site against 70 asset items across nine trade categories. That inventory is the pricing engine and the visit-checklist generator — what we quote is exactly what we service.

Proof

Before. After. On the record.

Every visit writes a structured, photo-evidenced record as a by-product of getting done: before and after photos, checklist state, timestamps, and the responsible technician. Payment follows proof — partner payouts key off platform-confirmed completion. When an inspector asks, compliance exports the evidence file instead of reconstructing it.

  • Before/after photos on every repair task
  • Yantra Verified technician identity on every record
  • Exportable evidence files — dates, photos, responsible parties

Questions about the subscription.

How is the subscription priced?

As a monthly subscription per site, quoted in ₹/sq.ft. terms but engineered from asset density — what is in the site drives cost, not the carpet area. The Yantra Inspection returns your number before you commit. Repairs beyond scope are billed separately on platform rate cards, and AMC lines attach as separate recurring items.

What counts as a minor repair versus out of scope?

Minor repairs are labour-side fixes within your subscribed scope. Capital replacement and materials are retained by you (a with-material plan is a priced alternative), and anything beyond scope is quoted on the rate card before execution — you see the number before anyone lifts a tool.

What happens between the two monthly visits?

Reactive requests are triaged into the visit queue, visible in One Command with an SLA clock. Genuinely urgent work is dispatched against stated response windows inside the same subscription — there is no separate emergency product at emergency rates.

Which cities do you cover?

Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates. Territories open where enterprise contracts exist; the inspection conversation is where a new city starts.
