Maintenance on a calendar, not on a complaint.
Across a distributed estate, most maintenance happens after something breaks — a call, a WhatsApp thread, a vendor found in a hurry, an invoice nobody can benchmark. Every unplanned visit costs more than the planned one that would have prevented it. Service Yantra runs preventive maintenance as a scheduled programme instead.
A per-site calendar built from a 70-item asset inventory, executed at 2 preventive visits per site per month, photo-documented against a checklist. The checklist is the contract.

The calendar is a commitment, not an aspiration — and the line between our side and yours is written down before the first visit.

One year, four readiness cycles.
Preventive maintenance in India is seasonal by nature. Service Yantra schedules each cycle before its season arrives — so the estate meets summer, monsoon and festival peak already prepared.
Pre-summer cooling readiness (Feb–Apr)
AC servicing completes before thermal load peaks: filters, coils, drainage trays and electrical connections checked and logged per unit — not queued behind a heatwave's breakdown backlog.
Monsoon readiness (Apr–Sep)
Terrace and waterproofing inspection, drainage desilting, seepage-point survey and electrical-room protection — scheduled a recommended 8–10 weeks before onset (guidance), with seepage watch through the season.
Festival peak & year-round (Sep–Nov)
Signage, lighting and fixtures checked before peak footfall; deep-clean cycles pulled forward. Year-round: water-tank cleaning, pest control, filter changes and fire-safety checks the calendar never skips.
The cycles compliance teams ask about are the ones the calendar never skips — each one scheduled before its season, photo-documented site by site.
This month · Site preventive calendar
One calendar per site, built from the assets.
Every site's calendar is generated from a 70-item asset inventory, across nine trade categories. Assets and usage drive maintenance cost — so assets, not square footage, drive the schedule.

The planned visit, on the record.
Each scheduled trip is a comprehensive visit: one trained technician executes the site's due planned tasks plus any queued reactive tasks in a single stop, against a checklist generated from your subscribed scope. Fewer trips, fuller trips, lower cost per task — and every visit photo-documented before it counts as complete.
- The Yantra Inspection's 70-item asset inventory generates the calendar
- 9 trade categories on one checklist
- Photo-documented completion — the checklist is the contract

Questions about the programme.
How many visits, and how are they scheduled?
Two preventive visits per site per month, set by each client contract, on a per-site calendar generated from the 70-item asset inventory. Cycles are scheduled before their season — pre-summer, monsoon, festival-peak — and every visit is photo-documented before it counts as complete.
What is a comprehensive visit?
One trained technician executes the site's due planned tasks plus any queued reactive tasks in a single stop, against a scope-generated checklist. Fewer trips, fuller trips, lower cost per task — reactive work does not require a separate visit unless it is genuinely urgent.
How do AMC lines work?
AMC lines (such as AC AMC) attach per asset class as separate recurring items — never hidden inside the subscription. Materials and capital replacement stay with you; repairs beyond scope are quoted on platform rate cards before execution.
Which cities do you cover?
Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates. Territories open where enterprise contracts exist; the inspection conversation is where a new city starts.
Trade the scramble for a calendar. Start with the inspection.
The Yantra Inspection surveys 3–5 representative sites against the 70-item asset inventory and returns a quantified cost-of-current-state business case before you commit to anything.
- No commitment before the business case
- Named operations contact within two working days
- Multilingual (English/Hindi) support desk
