Hygiene scores don't wait.
A pest sighting in the dining room. An exhaust hood past its clean date. A walk-in running warm. In food service, these aren't inconveniences — they're licence events. Service Yantra keeps every outlet inspection-ready: scheduled, photo-documented maintenance, across your entire estate.
- 25+ service categories, one contract
- 2 preventive visits per site, every month
- Every visit checked against a photo-documented checklist, built from your subscribed scope
Job #2418 · Deep Clean — Kitchen Exhaust
The densest maintenance load in enterprise India.
A QSR outlet carries more maintenance load than any other site archetype. More than a bank branch. Far more than a warehouse (model, qualified). Manage that through unconnected local vendors, and the first failure you hear about is the one a customer, or an inspector, found first.
Equipment uptime is revenue per outlet.
When a walk-in, a fryer line or an exhaust system fails mid-shift, the outlet stops earning. Scheduled AMC visits for refrigeration, exhaust and cooklines catch drift before it becomes downtime — two preventive visits per site, every month, with reactive work queued into the same trips.
Hygiene evidence, not hygiene assurances.
FSSAI inspections run on records, not recollections. Every pest-control visit, deep clean and equipment service writes a dated, photo-documented entry against a checklist — and an evidence trail your compliance team can export outlet by outlet.
One standard across owned and franchised outlets.
Mixed estates drift. Company-owned outlets on one vendor set, franchisees on another, standards on neither. Service Yantra brings every outlet — including newly added ones — onto one contract, one playbook, delivered by Academy-certified partners.
Built around a working kitchen.
Eight service lines cover the QSR envelope, drawn from 25+ categories under one contract. Cadences run around service hours — deep cleans and pest treatments in the post-close window, so the kitchen you open in the morning is the one the checklist signed off overnight.
Refrigeration AMC
Walk-ins, undercounters, display chillers — temperature-logged preventive servicing.
Exhaust & ventilation
Hood and duct deep-clean cycles with photo proof of grease-trap and filter condition.
Fryers & cooklines
Burner, thermostat and fryer servicing on a fixed calendar, not on failure.
Pest control on cadence
Scheduled treatments with dated records per outlet — the FSSAI file writes itself as the work happens.
Deep cleaning
Post-close windows, checklist-driven, signed off with photographs before opening.
Plumbing & drainage
Grease-line, drain and water-supply upkeep — the failures that close kitchens fastest.
Electrical & power
Load points, DB checks and equipment power hygiene on the preventive calendar.
Fire safety
Extinguisher, suppression and NOC-supporting upkeep with a documented trail.
Your FSSAI hygiene log, written by the work itself.
Service Yantra treats the FSSAI hygiene log as the standard maintenance records should meet: dated, photographed, attributable. Every visit is confirmed with photos against a scope-generated checklist, and partner payment keys off that confirmation. The compliance record is a by-product of the work, not an extra task for outlet staff.
- Pest-control records per outlet, exportable by date range
- Deep-clean and exhaust-clean sign-offs, with photographs
- Named responsible party on every entry — who did what, when, where
- GST-compliant consolidated invoicing across outlets
When the inspector asks, you export the file.

Proven process
Inspection, business case, pilot, contract. Preventive calendars per outlet, two scheduled visits per site per month, reactive work triaged into the same trips — fewer trips, fuller trips.
Powered by One. Delivered by people we train.
Start with the inspection, not a contract.
- 01
We survey.
The Yantra Inspection covers 3–5 representative outlets against a 70-item asset inventory — kitchen equipment, hygiene-critical zones, everything on the estate's maintenance surface.
- 02
You see the numbers.
A quantified cost-of-current-state business case. Consolidation typically captures 15–30% lower per-intervention cost (benchmark, qualified). The inspection shows what applies to your estate.
- 03
We pilot, then scale.
A pilot on the audited outlets, then contract and estate-wide onboarding — asset baselining, preventive calendars, outlet-user activation.
Questions QSR operators ask.
Can work be scheduled outside service hours?
Yes — that is the default for QSR. Deep cleans, exhaust cleans and pest treatments are planned into post-close windows agreed per outlet, and the completed checklist with photographs is available before opening.
How does this help with FSSAI inspections?
Every visit writes a dated, photo-documented record against a checklist. Pest-control records, deep-clean sign-offs and equipment-service history are exportable per outlet as an evidence file. We maintain the maintenance record; your FSSAI licensing and food-safety obligations remain with your business.
We have franchisees with their own vendors. Does this still work?
Mixed estates are the normal case. One contract sets the standard; the platform makes every outlet's condition visible to HQ regardless of ownership structure. Rollout sequencing — owned outlets first or franchise clusters first — is set in the pilot plan.
What exactly does the subscription cover?
The monthly subscription covers scheduled servicing, preventive tasks and minor repairs on the labour side. Capital replacement — a compressor, a fryer body — stays with you; repairs beyond scope are billed separately on platform rate cards, and equipment AMC lines attach as separate recurring items. Exclusions are in writing before you sign.
Which cities do you operate in?
Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates. If your estate anchors a new city, that is exactly how our coverage plan grows — the inspection conversation is where that starts.
Book your site inspection.
Tell us about your estate. We respond with a proposed inspection scope for 3–5 representative outlets — no commitment beyond the conversation.
