Every visit starts with a checklist built from that site's subscribed scope, pulled from the 70-item asset inventory recorded during the client's Yantra Inspection. The checklist is the contract — complete it, photograph it, close it.

Tasks are ticked off one at a time. Anything outside scope gets flagged inside the app, not debated on-site.
Before-and-after, documented.
The app prompts for before-and-after photos where they're needed, then asks for a completion confirmation once you're finished. Those photos protect you — no client can claim the work didn't happen when the record proves it did.
Proof triggers payment.
The moment a checklist is complete and confirmed, payout kicks in at the per-visit rate defined in your Franchise Partner Agreement. No chasing invoices, no phoning an accounts team. Settlement happens via UPI, on a payment calendar stated up front.

Yes — One Field switches between English and Hindi whenever you need, and it's designed around a technician's phone, including working through patchy signal at weak-coverage sites.
How does payment actually work?
You earn a set ₹ amount per completed visit, per your Franchise Partner Agreement. Payment goes out once the platform confirms the work is done, following a stated SLA calendar, settled through UPI. Early Pay is on the way but hasn't launched yet.
