A hot site is a closed site.
A dining room at 34 degrees empties itself. A banking hall without cooling shortens every queue the wrong way. Service Yantra runs your estate's air conditioning on an annual maintenance contract built for Indian summers — a seasonal service calendar per asset, filter cycles tuned to local dust, and every gas top-up photo-documented before it is billed.
A four-season service calendar per unit. Delhi NCR first, expanding with client estates.
Explore the platformWhat the AMC covers. And what it doesn't.
AMC trust usually dies at the gas top-up. Ours is annual and without materials, with every consumable pressure-read, photographed and approved before it's billed — and the line between our side and yours written down before you sign.
Inside the subscription
- Four-season preventive service calendar, fixed per asset at onboarding
- Filter-cycle cadence set per site from dust exposure, generated into each checklist
- Breakdown response within the SLA window stated in your contract
- Coil, condenser, drain-tray and blower servicing, photo-documented
- Unit-level service history: gas-pressure readings, coil condition, repairs
Retained by you
- Gas, compressor and PCB — explicitly excluded, billed separately when needed
- Materials and spares — pressure-read and approved on rate cards before billing
- Capital replacement of units at end of life
- Units under OEM warranty — warranty repairs routed to the OEM, not against it
Exclusions are in writing before you sign. No verbal estimates, no invisible kilograms — the pressure reading and the photo are on the record.
One contract, three jobs: prevent, respond, record.
An AMC that only shows up when something breaks is a repair account with a retainer. Ours is built to do three things, in this order.
Prevent
Pre-summer major service before the load arrives, a monsoon check, a post-monsoon inspection and a winter service — filter cycles set from each site's dust exposure.
Respond
Breakdown calls raised in One Command, dispatched to the territory's certified partner, worked against the unit's own service history — not from scratch.
Record
Every visit writes a dated, photographed entry against the unit — the honest basis for replace-versus-repair decisions, made on evidence, not opinion.
Pre-summer major service · monsoon check · post-monsoon inspection · winter service — the four-season calendar tuned to Indian climate, not an OEM manual written for another one.
This month · Site preventive calendar
The AMC schedule, item by item.
An annual maintenance contract should be countable. This is what the contract year contains — each item executed against a checklist and photo-documented before it closes.
- Pre-summer major service
- Filter-cycle cleaning
- Pre & post-monsoon checks
- Coil & condenser cleaning
- Gas-pressure check & top-up
- Drain-tray & blower cleaning
- Asset tagging & condition
- Breakdown call-out
- Ducted, cassette & VRF
The gas top-up, on the record.
Gas top-ups and coil services are where AMC trust usually dies. Ours are pressure-read, photo-documented and approved in One Command before they're billed on platform rate cards — no verbal estimates, no invisible kilograms. Every call-out closes with photo evidence before the work order completes.
- Gas-pressure reading and 4-photo evidence per top-up (gauge, nameplate, before, after)
- Client approval before consumables are billed
- Unit-level service history, exportable per asset
- Pressure read: 58 psi
- Nameplate photographed
- Top-up approved in One Command

Questions about the AMC.
Is gas included in the AMC?
No — and it is stated plainly. The AC AMC is annual and without materials; gas, compressor and PCB are explicitly excluded and billed separately when needed. Every top-up is pressure-read, photographed and approved in One Command before it is billed on platform rate cards.
What about units still under OEM warranty?
We service around the warranty, never against it. Units under OEM warranty have their warranty repairs routed to the OEM; we handle the preventive calendar and non-warranty work, and the warranty status is recorded on the asset.
Do you cover ducted, cassette and VRF systems?
Yes — multi-brand coverage across split, ducted, cassette and VRF units. The four-season calendar and checklist are set per asset type at onboarding.
How fast is breakdown response?
Breakdown calls are dispatched against the SLA window stated in your contract, to the territory's certified partner, and worked against the unit's own service history. Every call-out closes with photo evidence.
